★★★★★ I had a leaking window, which caused damage to the external wall. H Glasgow Construction assessed the damage, fixed the wall, replaced the window, added a drainage channel to prevent the same damage to a similar half-moon window on the other side of the house, and added an access panel in basement ceiling where I’d had a previous plumbing leak. This was my first experience with construction repairs, and I was thrilled with job H. Glasgow did at my house! They were very patient with my questions and happy to explain what was being done! I had been recommended by a friend and have in turn already recommended them to other neighbors and friends!

★★★★ We have engaged Glasgow for two projects: a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. I love my new kitchen and the crew that worked on it were exemplary. The subcontractors were great and were overseen by Glasgow employees. All my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. It was such a great experience that we re-hired them to remodel a bathroom. This occurred in the middle of the pandemic and it did not run as smoothly. Several employees no longer worked for Glasgow which was a huge disappointment. While the man in charge of the crew was experienced, competent, and very personable and, as before, willing to address my questions, it appeared that Glasgow was very short-staffed. The plumbers had to come out five times, when it should have only taken two visits to complete their job. The last plumber neglected to hook up the plumbing, so the first time I took a shower, the water went to the basement below and caused the ceiling to collapse, the rugs to be saturated, and debris to be everywhere. However, Glasgow responded immediately and cleaned up the mess satisfactorily. The owner underestimated—by weeks—how long the remodel would take. However, in spite of all of this, I believe that Glasgow is a great company and would consider hiring them again.
